This information is aimed primarily at international partners and does among other cover general aspects of the legislation and business environment in Denmark.
We believe in providing the best quality product made under the best conditions for everyone involved in the process. Our partners, and are held to the same standards when it comes to delivering a quality product in a responsible manner.
We do not use child labour - directly or indirectly

Introduction
KT Stålindustri main purpose is the production of primarily metal parts that are used in many ways to improve the life of people around the globe; in buildings, laboratories, industrial machines, consumer goods and many more. An example could be the electric city bike Gobike. Gobike improves the lives of many citizens of Copenhagen, fullfilling their need for transportation in a convinient way while having a positive impact on both the local and globale environment. KT Stålindustri delivered the charging docks.
While doing this we are of course very happy to provide jobs and income to our employees and to conduct business in a country that allow us to produce with a low impact on environment and that require and helps us to provide a safe working environment.
KT Stålindustri is dedicated to comply with danish legislation
KT Stålindustri A/S are dedicated to always comply with any danish legislation and cooporate with danish authorities regarding best practices, inspections and other control mechanisms including self control activities. This includes among others legislation to protect environment, labour rights, work place safety, non-discrimination. As such we will of course also respect all internations treaties that Denmark has signed. For instance regarding human rights and non-discrimination.
Enviromental inspections are conducted by the municipalities of Denmark and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Working environment inspections are conducted by the Danish Working Environment Authority.
KT Stålindustri is organized within The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI)
KT Stålindustri is a member of DI (The Confederation of Danish Industry). The management of KT are all instructed to comply with the agreements between DI and the labour organizations including all policies on for instance worker rights and non-discrimination. Through our membership we have access to the professional advisory of DI on how to conduct business in accordance with legislation and agreements. The management of KT seeks the advice of DI on a regular basis to make sure to legislation and agreements are respected
